Please note the following:

1. Change of Ward Type is subject to bed availability.

2. For request to upgrade from subsidised to non-subsidised ward type, deposit payment may be required.

3. For request to downgrade from non-subsidised to subsidised ward type, financial assessment will be required.

4. Business Office will review your application and contact you via phone or email.

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Closed for lunch 1pm – 2pm; Last registration at 12:30pm and 5:15pm respectively)

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
