How do I apply for financial assistance after receiving my Tax Invoice (Finalised)?
You may contact our Medical Social Workers (MSW) at Medical Centre, Level 3. Please ask your doctor or nurse to contact MSW, or call MSW at 6930 6000 to schedule an appointment.
Monday - Friday (Office hours 8:30am to 5:30pm)
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
