Why can’t I delete a passkey?

A passkey cannot be deleted once it is set up. This is to prevent someone from removing it if they gain unauthorised access to your Singpass account.

If you no longer wish to use passkey, you can turn off the autofill settings manually on your device by following the steps below.

For iOS devices:

Step 1: Go to “Settings” on your device

Step 2: Click on "General"

Step 3: Click on "AutoFill & Passwords"

Step 4: Turn off the toggle for Singpass
