What happens if I lose my device with my passkey?
You can still access your Singpass account using other login methods such as Singpass ID and password, Face Verification, or SMS One-Time Password (OTP).
When you set up the Singpass app on a new device and create a new passkey, your previous passkey will no longer work.
If you have trouble setting up the Singpass app or passkey on a new device, you can request help at https://go.gov.sg/singpass-feedback-issue, or if it is urgent, call the Singpass Helpdesk at +65 6335 3533.
