Why am I unable to open an e-Service link I received on social media or messaging apps?

For your security, Singpass cannot verify the legitimacy of links shared through social or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat). 

Please open your web browser and go directly to the official website of the e-service you wish to access, then login with your Singpass account.
