I did not receive my voucher link after logging in to Singpass. Why is this so?

After logging in to Singpass, return to RedeemSG in your browser to continue claiming your vouchers. You will be asked to enter your mobile number before you can receive your vouchers.

For iOS users, you can tap the top-left corner of your screen here to do this.
