What should I do if the QR code is unresponsive and I see a message asking me to download the Singpass app, even though it's already installed?
You can try the following steps on your Safari browser:
Open Safari and navigate to any government digital service website (e.g. IRAS, ICA).
When you reach the Singpass login page, long-press the QR code.
From the pop-up menu, select [Open in "Singpass"].
You should be able to log in with the Singpass app.
Alternatively,
Open Safari and navigate to any government digital service website (e.g. IRAS, ICA).
On the Singpass login page, long-press the QR code and choose the first option: [Open].
A banner should appear at the top of your screen prompting you to “Open in Singpass App.”
Tap on “Open” and attempt to log in.
