I logged in with Singpass and faced Auth-E0001 error. What should I do?

For the error code AUTH-E0001 you have encountered, we recommend that you perform the following: 

  • Close all other browser tabs that have Singpass open.

If you are accessing via your mobile device, do also perform the following: 

  • Ensure that your mobile device is not in Data Saver mode and/or Battery Saver mode.

  • You may wish to change to another connection (e.g. Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G).

  • Ensure that your Google PlayStore/AppStore is updated to the latest version.

  • Ensure that your web browser is updated to the latest version.

  • Ensure that you have disabled content blocker extensions (ad blocker, etc.) in your web browser.  

  • Ensure that your device’s OS is updated to the latest version.
