I logged in with Singpass and faced Auth-E0001 error. What should I do?
For the error code AUTH-E0001 you have encountered, we recommend that you perform the following:
Close all other browser tabs that have Singpass open.
If you are accessing via your mobile device, do also perform the following:
Ensure that your mobile device is not in Data Saver mode and/or Battery Saver mode.
You may wish to change to another connection (e.g. Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G).
Ensure that your Google PlayStore/AppStore is updated to the latest version.
Ensure that your web browser is updated to the latest version.
Ensure that you have disabled content blocker extensions (ad blocker, etc.) in your web browser.
Ensure that your device’s OS is updated to the latest version.
