1. Use the Singpass App 

• You can log in securely to digital services using the Singpass app. 

• Scan (or tap if you are using a mobile browser) the QR code on the login page using your Singpass app, and authenticate with your: 

  • Face or fingerprint (if set up on your device)

  • Six-digit app passcode

These methods combine two factors: what you have (your phone) and what you know (your PIN) or who you are (your biometric data), ensuring a secure login process.

2. Reset Your Password

If you need to re-enable your password login, you can reset your password.
