I encountered error 88-S11/ 88-E13/ 88-PE10/ 88-FV09 on the Singpass app. What should I do?

Please ensure you have updated to the latest version of Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.

To view your Play Store version, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Play Store app, tap on user account > “Settings” > “About”

  • Play Store must be at least version 40

  • Ensure “Play Protect certification” shows that “Device is certified”


If you have a Xiaomi device obtained from or manufactured for China:

  • Open Xiaomi GetApps

  • Search for Google Play Store

  • Update Google Play Store (on GetApps)

  • Re-open your Singpass app; the error code should be resolved. If the error persists, contact Singpass Helpdesk



If you have a vivo device obtained from or manufactured for China:

  • Open vivo Store

  • Search for Google Play Store

  • Update Google Play Store (on vivo Store)

  • Re-open your Singpass app; the error code should be resolved. If the issue persists, contact Singpass Helpdesk
