How do I set up Singpass app as a Singpass Foreign Account (SFA)?

Please scroll down for the step-by-step instructions: Download the Singpass app from the App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.

  1. On the login screen, click on “Singpass Foreign Account (SFA)”.

  2. Enter your User ID that starts with Y. 

  3. Enter your email address that was registered in Singpass.

  4. Enter your Foreign ID (e.g., passport number).

  5. Select your Country of issuance for your Foreign ID.

  6. Click ‘Continue’.

  7. The One-Time password will be mailed to your email address that was registered in Singpass.

  8. Follow the instructions to setup the app accordingly.
