Step 1: Call Singpass Helpdesk at 6335 3533, and press “9” for 24-hour scam support

Step 2: Select “Suspend your account” by pressing “2”

Step 3: Enter the NRIC/FIN details of the account to be suspended

Step 4: Enter the SMS One-Time Password sent to the caller’s mobile number

Note: You can only suspend your Singpass account with this feature if you are a NRIC/FIN holder, and are calling Singpass Helpdesk using a Singapore-registered mobile number.
