Register for a Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA)

The Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA) is only issued by SFA organisations. They are:

  1. Corppass

  2. Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)

  3. Ministry of Law Singapore (MinLaw)

  4. GoBusiness (by GovTech)


Follow these steps to register for a SFA:

  1. Register your details with the SFA organisation

  2. After successful verification of your details, the SFA organisation will pre-register your SFA 

  3. Singpass will provide your SFA details (Singpass User ID) via email  

  4. Follow the instructions in the email from Singpass to activate your SFA. Or you can read more here on how to set up the Singpass app.
