If you already have 2FA (i.e. SMS-2FA) set up:

1. Download the Singpass app from the official app store links below: (Check that the app developer is "Government Technology Agency")

   • For Apple iOS devices: App store

   • For Android devices: Google Play Store

   • For Huawei devices: AppGallery

     
     

2. Open the app and complete a one-time setup.

   • You will need to verify your identity using an OTP sent via SMS, and Face Verification to activate the app.

     
     

If you do not have 2FA (i.e. SMS-2FA) set up:

1. Download Singpass app from the official app stores.

   • Check that the app developer is "Government Technology Agency".

2. Verification

   • A PIN mailer will be sent to your registered mailing address within 10 working days (depending on overseas postal services). Follow the instructions in the PIN mailer to complete the app setup, and you're done!

Note: All Singpass correspondence will be sent to your mailing address registered with the Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA).
