I have changed my mobile number. How do I update it in Singpass?

You can update your mobile number via the Singpass app, Singpass Portal, or in person at a Singpass counter.

Via Singpass App

  1. Go to Settings > Update Account Details.

  2. Verify your identity using biometrics. You will be redirected from the Singpass app to the Singpass Portal Update Profile page

  3. Update your mobile number. Ensure you update to a mobile number that you own.


Via Singpass Portal

Log in to the Singpass Portal using one of the following methods:

Singpass App Login

  1. Open the Singpass app and scan the QR code shown on screen.

  2. Once logged in, select the Update Profile icon and update your mobile number.

Password Login

  1. Click Password Login and enter your Singpass ID and password.

  2. Verify your identity using one of the following:

    • Face Verification — Scan your face to verify your identity.

    • SMS OTP — Enter the one-time password sent to your registered mobile number.

  3. Once logged in, select the Update Profile icon and update your mobile number.


At a Singpass Counter

Visit any Singpass counter for in-person assistance. Bring your original NRIC or FIN card for identity verification.
