Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgSingpass holders can login to the FileSG website and view their digital Student's Pass (STP) without OTP authentication.
STP holders who are not eligible to register a Singpass account can contact us at the following email addresses to update ICA with their new mobile number-
ICA_STP1@ica.gov.sg for STP holders from:
- Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL)
- Foreign System Schools (FSS)
- Institutes of Technical Education (ITE)
- Government/Government-Aided/Independent Schools (GOV)
ICA_STP2@ica.gov.sg for STP holders from:
- Approved Private Education Institutions (PTE)
- Kindergartens and Childcare Centres (KID)
