You cannot “fail” a neuropsychological assessment – these tests are not designed to pass or fail you, but rather, to understand whether certain thinking skills are functioning at the level typically expected. Unexpected low scores may indicate cognitive difficulties/deficits and reveal valuable clinical information about how your brain is currently working. After your results are interpreted, compensatory strategies may be developed to assist your daily functioning.
