What's the best position for bottle feeding?

Swaddle your baby with hands out, then hold their head, back, and shoulders in a straight line with your hand supporting the back of the neck. The swaddle keeps their body supported while hands remain free so you can observe body language. During feeding, hold your baby in a more upright position and ensure they're facing you. Always hold the bottle yourself - never prop it with pillows or towels as this poses choking risks. Feel free to approach your paediatric feeding speech therapists to find out more!
