How do I know if a footwear comes in a broader version?

Broad footwear

Updated by SGH-AHPEDIA
Check the back of the shoe's tongue. You may find the following details beside your typical numerial footwear size number: D, 2E, 4E, Wide (W), Extra Wide (EW). These would indicate that the footwear is a broader version of its standard sized model. If unsure, check with the store's personnel or your podiatrist if possible.
