Your SG Culture Pass account is automatically created if you are a Singapore Citizen aged 18 years old and above. There is no option to delete your account. If you have any concerns or need help with your account, feel free to contact our support team via email at enquiries@sgculturepass.gov.sg or call the SG Culture Pass Help Centre at 6338 3632.
