What if a party does not comply with the Order made against him?
You may apply to execute or enforce an Order by the SCT if you are the Claimant or Counterclaimant, and the other party does not comply with the Order that was made in your favour.
Orders issued by the SCT can be executed or enforced in the same way as a District Court Order, and you may start execution or enforcement proceedings against them in the civil courts.
