What is an "Exclusion Order"?

Updated by SGCOURTS

An exclusion order is an order made by the CDRT for the contravening party to be kept out of their place of residence for a specified period of time. It is used as a last resort in extreme cases of persistent nuisance. You can only apply for an exclusion order if the contravening party has failed to comply with a special direction made against them.
