How do I set aside a default order made by the CDRT in my absence?
If a default order was made against you because you failed to attend the Case Conference or trial and if you wish to challenge this order, you must file an application to set aside the default order and explain why you were absent (including providing the necessary documentation to substantiate your reason(s)).
