What is a "Special Direction"?

Updated by SGCOURTS

A special direction is a direction by the CDRT to a party to comply with the order that has been made against them. Failure to comply with a special direction without a reasonable excuse is a criminal offence and the contravening party may be liable on conviction to a fine or imprisonment, or both.
