For CDRT matters, what is an “Injunction”?

Updated by SGCOURTS

An injunction is a court order that requires a neighbor to stop doing something either temporarily for a specified period of time or permanently. For example, the tribunal can issue an injunction ordering a neighbour to stop playing loud music after 11 PM or to stop disposing of rubbish in the common corridor.
