You must serve on the Respondent a copy of the Claim Form, the Notice of Case Management Conference, as well as every document on which you rely or will rely, and the reports on the findings of the approved mediator, an authorised person, the Commissioner, or an inspector referred to in rule 8(3)(b) of the Employment Claims Rules 2017 (if any).
