You must now serve the Notice of Case Management Conference (CMC) on the Respondent. This must be done so within 7 days of the date of filing of the Claim. After that, you must file a Declaration of Service within 4 weeks of the date of filing of the claim or before the date of the first CMC, whichever is earlier.
