Can a lawyer represent me in an Employment Claims Tribunals matter?

Updated by SGCOURTS

No, you must present your own case and cannot engage a lawyer to represent you in Employment Claims Tribunals matters. If you are an employer, and your business is incorporated as a company or operates as a partnership, you may be represented by an officer or a full-time employee.
