If physical cash was pledged, cash via NETS or cashier’s order as security, the total bail amount will be credited back into the bank account your bailor has provided when posting bail. If monies in your bailor’s savings account were pledged in fixed or time deposits as security, the Court will inform the bank to unfreeze that account.
