Do I have to attend Court?

Updated by SGCOURTS

Attendance at the Court is compulsory. If you fail to attend Court for your Criminal Case, a Warrant of Arrest may (WTA) be issued against you. If you do not attend Court while on bail, your bailor will need to explain to the court why the bail amount should not be forfeited.
