Can I apply for an Electronic Monitoring Order (“EMO”) against my family member when making an application for personal protection order?

No, the Women’s Charter provides that only the Protector (a person appointed by the Director-General for Social Welfare, Ministry of Social and Family Development) can apply for an EMO.
