The Probate eService currently only supports simple and straightforward Probate applications. Does the Family Justice Courts have plans to extend this service to a wider range of probate applications in the future?
The Probate eService is a relative new initiative launched by the Family Justice Courts for less complex probate cases. We may, in the future, consider extending the Probate eService to cover a wider range of probate cases.
In the meantime, we encourage you to use the eligibility questionnaire to assess if you are currently eligible to use the Probate eService.
