What is the Probate eService?

The Probate eService is an online service in Singapore that allows a sole executor to apply for a Grant of Probate for a deceased person's estate. The service is available if the estate's estimated value is $2 million or less.
The Probate eService can help with: Preparing and submitting documents to the court, Paying court fees, Receiving court notices, Pre-populating form fields, and Retrieving information about the deceased.
Broadly, to use the Probate eService:
You must have Singpass.
You must be above the age of 21 (based on the exact date of birth).
You must be the named sole executor in the will.
You must have the deceased’s details: If the deceased had passed away in Singapore, their information may be retrievable directly from official government records through the eService.
If the applicant does not meet the criteria for the Probate eService, they can visit the LawNet & CrimsonLogic Service Bureau to file their documents.
