Authentic Court Orders

If your Court Order was issued after 2013, you may be able to retrieve an Authentic Court Order (ACO) from https://courtorders.gov.sg/ . An Authentic Court Order (ACO) is an official, digitally verifiable court document issued by the Singapore Courts. Accessible via www.courtorders.gov.sg, it replaces the need to request, pay for, and collect physical Certified True Copies (CTCs).

If your Court Order HAS a QR code on it:

  1. Scan or Visit: Scan the QR code printed on your document, or go straight to www.courtorders.gov.sg. No login is required.

  2. Verify: Enter the Access Code shown on your document. If prompted, additionally type in the Case Number (without any alphabets).

  3. Download & Share: Instantly view, download, share, or print out the verified digital PDF.

If You Have Misplaced Your Court Order, or Your Court Order DOES NOT have a QR Code

  1. Log In: Go to www.courtorders.gov.sg and log in securely using your Singpass.

  2. Enter Details: Input your Case Number and Document / Court Order Number. Our system will need to ensure that you are a legitimate party in the case.

  3. Request & Retrieve: Submit the details to generate and retrieve your digital authentic court order version for free. The request may take some time to be processed, so please return to check the status regularly.

Certified True Copies

If the above does not work for you, or if you somehow still required a physical Certified True Copy, you can file a "Request for Certified True Copy" via eLitigation.

If you are not represented by a lawyer, visit any one of the Singapore Courts Service Bureaus to file in person. You will need to explain the intended use of the copies in your request, which is subject to the approval of the Registrar. The certified true copy/plain copy will be sent to you electronically. Please note that documents to be submitted to court that contain any NRIC / passport numbers should show the last four characters of the NRIC / passport numbers. Upon submitting/filing the request, the Court will follow up with you on the outcome and further instructions.

The Singapore Courts Service Bureaus are located at the following locations, and you may go to either one to file the documents for your matters, regardless of which court your case is being heard in:
