Dairy products (pasteurized liquid milk, cheese, butter, ice-cream,

yoghurt, milk powder) are classified as processed food products and they are in the list of high-risk products.

If the dairy product is pasteurised liquid milk, it falls under the Regulated Source Programme and you are advised to follow the steps below to submit the required documents:

• Step 1: Obtain and submit documents for high-risk Processed Food under the Regulated Source Programme

• Step 2 (Optional): Send products to accredited laboratories for analysis

• Step 3: Ensure the food additives and ingredients are allowed

• Step 4: Ensure food labels are accurate and complete
