Where can I find the list of approved dictionaries for the PSLE?

Can I use a dictionary that is not in the list of approved dictionaries? The name of the dictionary is different but it is from the same publisher.

Can I bring more than one calculator and/or dictionary into the examination hall for the PSLE?
