What can I do if I am unable to view my GCE-Level examination results because of a system error in the Candidates Portal?
The Candidates Portal could be experiencing heavy traffic or is currently unavailable. Please try again 10 to 15 minutes later. We may post updates on the Candidates Portal and SEAB website, please look out for our announcements.
If the issue persists, or if you did not manage to view your results before the deadline, please submit details and screenshot(s) of the error message(s) via this online form which can also be found on the Candidates Portal. We will check and assist you from there.
