What can I do if I am not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Minister for Health (MOH) within 30 days of being notified of the determination of the Complaints Committee, whose decision shall be final. You may wish to contact MOH.
