How long will the Complaints Committee take to look into my complaint?
Given the serious nature of complaints, the Complaints Committee (“CC”) will typically take at least 9 months to complete its inquiry, depending on the complexity of the matter. For more complex complaints, the CC may take 12 months or longer to complete its inquiry.
