Will the dental practitioner be able to see my complaint?
As part of a fair and impartial investigation, it is usually necessary for the dental practitioner to be called upon to answer any allegation(s) made against him/her. Hence, it is a legal requirement for us to furnish a full copy of your Statutory Declaration, complaint letter and supporting documents to the dental practitioner and any other person who may be called upon to assist in the investigation of the case.
