Where can I see the history of my past scam reports?

Updated by SCAMSHIELD

Once a number you have reported has been marked as scam by the authorities, it will be blocked in the ScamShield database for all ScamShield users. When this happens, you will receive an alert from the app (if you have enabled permissions to receive notifications) informing you that your report has been actioned upon.

You will be able to see the full history of numbers you’ve reported that have been added to our blocklist in the ScamShield app under “Your Scam Reports” (when you click on the 🔔 icon on the top right corner).

  • Please refer to this guide on how to set up notifications for your ScamShield app.

💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see reports from other users?

ScamShield doesn’t publicly display all user-submitted reports to protect privacy. However, if a number you encountered had been reported by others and has already been marked as a scam by the authorities, the ScamShield app will take action to protect you, provided you have your call blocking and SMS filtering permissions switched on.
