Why did I not receive a notification for a suspicious number I’ve reported?
Only reports that are marked as scams in the ScamShield database will trigger a push notification, provided your notifications permissions have been enabled for the app.

You will not receive a notification for every scam report that you submit. This way, we avoid sending too many alerts and help keep your notifications relevant and useful.
