Please note that ScamShield is unable to assist with any payment disputes or refunds on e-commerce platforms, as we are not involved in the transaction process.

For issues with e-commerce orders, we recommend you to reach out to the official e-commerce support channel directly as they would be in the best position to help you or take action on the fraudulent merchant.

  • Document all your conversations with the seller and keep records of any payment transactions you've made.

  • If you paid through a bank transfer, contact your bank to report this fraudulent transaction.

  • If you used a credit card, contact your credit card issuer to dispute the charge.

If you believe this is a scam, please file an official police report at https://go.gov.sg/police-report. If you have already made a police report, please follow up with SPF using this Enquiry Form.

  • Please refer to this guide on important information to include when filing a police report.

If you are unsure, please call the ScamShield Helpline at 1799 for immediate assistance.
