How do I report a social media scam?

At the moment, the ScamShield app doesn’t support the direct reporting of social media scams. But if you see a suspicious link, you can still help by reporting it directly via the ScamShield app:

  • Open ScamShield > Submit a Scam Report > A Website link > Paste link > Submit.

If you suspect that your social media account has been hacked:
