Can I upload multiple screenshots in my scam report?
The ScamShield app is designed to process one screenshot per report to ensure accurate message analysis and classification. When users submit a report with a screenshot, the system needs to extract and analyse the text content from that specific message context. Multiple screenshots could lead to confusion in message context and potentially affect the accuracy of scam detection.
For very long messages that don't fit in a single screenshot, we recommend you to copy-paste the message text directly into the report field rather than trying to capture it in screenshots.
For WhatsApp messages, you can use the 'Export Chat' feature and copy-paste relevant portions into the report.
Alternatively, if you need to report multiple suspicious messages, you can either:
Submit separate reports for each screenshot
Choose the most representative screenshot that best shows the suspicious behaviour (e.g. where they ask for money or personal information).
