Does the ScamShield app auto-report all the scams I check?
No, the ScamShield app only auto-reports two types of senders after checking:
If the message, phone number or link is potentially a scam
If the message, phone number or link is potentially spam
If the ScamShield app is unsure about a check and you think the message, call or link is suspicious, please proceed to submit a scam report. To find out more about what the outcomes of various checks are, please refer to Check for Scams in our product guide.
