The ScamShield app currently does not support the reporting of scams from messaging platforms outside of SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram.

While we are working on this feature, we do have a unique workaround for you.

Step 1: Launch ScamShield App > Click on 'Check for Scams' > 'A message you received' > Select 'Others' when asked to choose where you got this message.

Step 2: Copy & paste the scam content you came across or upload a screenshot of the content you came across. Please exercise caution while copying content with suspicious links so that you don't click on them. For the sender, you may put the name of the poster or sender if you do not have a phone number. If you do not have a valid sender ID or phone number, you may skip this step.

Step 3: Click on 'Check'. If the outcome of the check says 'Be careful, we are not sure about this one', please click on 'Got it' > 'Report potential scam'.

Following this, ScamShield will report this potential scam for you.
