No, the ScamShield app can only filter incoming SMSes. ScamShield does not filter messages from third party apps such as WhatsApp due to privacy regulations.

However, with the enhanced ScamShield app:

1. You can check for scams on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram and other messaging platforms.

2. After checking, our in-app algorithm will determine if the message is suspicious and provide you with an outcome.

3. If the outcome looks like scam or spam, we will report the message to the authorities for you.

4. Based on their review, the phone number will be blocked if it is deemed suspicious.
