What is an Annual Return?
Under Societies Regulation 7, Annual Return is a mandatory submission that provides the Registry of Societies (ROS) with:
i) the latest details of the society's management committee; and
ii) a copy of the society's accounts (income and expenditure statement and balance sheet) for the last financial year, duly certified by the society's auditors or a qualified company auditor, as applicable.
Annual Returns must be submitted through ROS eServices.
